HOW TO BOOK

VEHICLE RESERVATION
Upon reservation and confirmation of vehicle, a non-refundable deposit of R1000,00 is required to secure the vehicle for the period required.

PAYMENT
The total amount (less the R1000,00 deposit) is due upon collection / receipt of the vehicle by credit card or cash only. We accept Diners Club, American Express, Visa and Master cards.

COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
Please allow +- 1 hour to go over the vehicle (4x4 Safari Campers) in order to facilitate easier understanding of the vehicle, camping equipment, documentation and other details. We are based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and offer an airport collection service, or alternatively can deliver the vehicle to Johannesburg International Airport or other centers by prior arrangement.

INSURANCE CONDITIONS
A refundable deposit of R- (credit card or cash) is to be lodged upon collection / receipt of the vehicle to cover breakages, damage and / or losses. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the vehicle and equipment after inspection, in the event of there being no breakages, damage and / or losses. All drivers must be over 23 years of age and in possession of a valid drivers licence. (S.A. or International)
